1. How to upload a photo?

Click on the “Upload Photo” button

  • Select a photo from your computer/tablet/smartphone.
  • For best results upload a high resolution images. If you are enable to upload the photo, then simply contact us via chat or email us at care@walraft.com. We will take a more in-depth look and set you up with some size options that will work.

2. What do you mean by “Recommended” in choose a Print size?

 Once you upload a photo, As per the aspect ratio of your image we will suggest you set of print sizes. Here you are selecting the size of your photo print among those and can customize your frame on the next step.

Here we have also given option to crop your image and zoom in or zoom out of your picture.  You can make some adjustments here.

Note: in case if you are looking for particular print size however do no longer see it within the list of options, simply contact us through chat or email care@walraft.com We will suggest you few custom size for you, provided the resolution in the picture is excessive sufficient for it to print well.

After you are done with customization you can move to next procedure that is selection of frames.

3. Why there are only few size options in the edit page?

That is because you will be shown the formats and sizes that can be produced in high quality, based on the resolution of the uploaded image file.

If a size is too large for your image file, it will not be offered. Our system decides the maximum print size on the base of which you can get range of print sizes. It is designed that way to avoid poor quality prints. If you are sure that you have uploaded a high resolution picture, then please reach us to care@walraft.com.

There are also some occasions where print size is given more importance than the quality, in such case please contact us.

4. In which measuring unit all these sizes are given

We have provided print sizes in inches i.e 6*4 represents 6 inches width and 4 inches height.

We have also provided size chart for your further reference related to print size. You can click on size chart button it will pop up with different dimensions of print sizes.

Note: This is only the print size of the picture.

5. How do I choose the orientation of my frame?

Our frames are constructed with the width and height measurement that you have specified and the preview will indicates you exactly what your frame will seem like on the wall. If you need your frame to hang within the opposite orientation than the one you see in the preview, simply switch the “width” and “height” measurements.

For example, a 24″ x 36″[w*h] frame would hang in the portrait orientation, but a 36″ x 24″ [w*h] frame would hang in the landscape orientation.

6. Do I need to buy any accessories?

NO, our product will come with accessories[i.e screws and plugs] which will help you to hang your image easily. small frames include table mounts along with wall mount also.

7. Do you offer bulk or volume discounts?

YES, we do offer some discounts on bulk orders. It will be depending on the number of order you place.

Print size and image file requirement

1. Which file formats are supported to upload a picture?

You can upload JPG, PNG file formats.

2. I cannot find the proper size in default print size option for my picture, what can I do?

It is depended on 2 issues
  1. Low resolution image

It may be because your image file resolution is too small so it may recommend you only few print sizes, you need to select among those.

  1. Image is not fitting properly in selected size option

Our system will show you all the default print sizes if you upload a high resolution images but if you find your image is cropped during selection of size and you want full picture to be framed, at that time please be free to contact us we will be very happy to help you. 3.How do I find the best size for my photo?

It depends on numerous factors. For starters, it depends on the resolution of your image file. We automatically check the file resolution after you upload, and show you only those sizes which will work with your image file. If you have uploaded high resolution image then all the default sizes will shown to you.

Additionally,  we have set of 18 landscape and portrait print sizes and 5 square print dimensions.

In which 5*5, 6*4 is classified to be a smallest print sizes among all and 8*8, 8*6 ,10*8,12*8, they are small print sizes this can be used as tabletops on any background.

12*10,12*12, 16*12, 16*16, 18*16 are categorized as a medium print sizes they can be hanged on walls or placed upon tables. These kind frames are suitable for art, sceneries.

24*18,36*24, 24*24 are the large print sizes .it is suitable for large family photo, art, paintings sceneries.

If the picture is placed in show case or kept near to bed lamp or hanged around small segment areas  you should not make it too large, small sized images look more attractive in such places. if the picture is going to hang in a narrow hallway or on staircase wall, since the viewer will not be able to step back and take it all in ,it would make more sense to have multiple smaller pictures. For pictures above the sofa or behind the bed, however, you should not pick too small a size, since the viewer will always be at a distance. For this large print sizes looks good.

4. Will my picture be processed in any way?

Your picture will be processed automatically once you place the order.

Registration is not required, though to place an order you will still have to enter your personal information.

1. How to place an order on Walraft?

At walraft you can order through our website or can reach to our store and place an order.You can even download our walraft app from Google play store and place an order through it. Or you can even check how to order video on frame, canvas and acrylic edit page.

2. Do you provide edit or customization of picture?

We do provide cropping option for your picture you can utilize this option while selection of print size but currently we do not provide any other edit options for your picture. Don’t worry your picture will be checked by our professional editors and make minor edits to make your picture look more effective while it is framed

3. Whether It is necessary to register on site to place an order?

Registration is not required, though to place an order you will still have to enter your personal information.

4. Can I customize my order after adding to cart?

No, once the product has been added to cart you can no longer make changes to your images. If you have any alteration on size or selection of frame you need to do it before adding to cart.If you wanted to customize your image then you need to repeat the action from the beginning

5. I wanted to make collaged photo frame/acrylic/canvas. Who can I contact ?

Currently we didn’t included collaged photo frame in our website, but if you are specially looking for those options then just use the chat bubble in the lower right to get in touch or you may drop us an email at care@walraft.com.

It will take some procedure, initially you need to send us a link or images that you wanted to collage, our team will have a look on it and if possible provide you some suggestions and will send back some mock-ups for you to review.

6. How can I track my order?

After your order has been dispatched we will send you an email receipt in that you will discover the tracking number and tracking link through which you can check and track the status of your order. We can transport to any residential and enterprise addresses throughout India. We have door to door facility. We take special care while packaging every product so that it won’t get damaged during transportation.

All frames arrive ready-to-hang.You can even get in touch with us through livechat or email and can know the status of your request we will be glad to support you.

Shipping

1. How long does it take to deliver my order?

It takes around 1-2 days for production process and 5-7 business days for shipping. As soon as it’s shipped, we send you an email with tracking information so you know exactly when it will arrive.

2. Can you rush my order? Or can you deliver my order on particular date?

Unfortunately we can’t,We constantly attempt to convey items bought from walraft.com in best condition and in the quickest time conceivable. however connect with us via live chat or email in the event that you have any [deadline] targeted time or date and we’ll assist you to figure out whether your order can reach on time.

3. Do you have any shipping charges?

Yes, you can change the shipping address within a day after your order has been placed. You can reach to us via live chat and let us know your new address

7. Do you take extra care while delivering frames/acrylic/canvas?

We take special care to deliver our products in excellent condition. We deliver all the products through specially made custom packages to keep our products safe and secured from external damages.

Gift

1. Would I be able to dispatch this as a gift or presence for special occasion?

Sure you can, make sure to fill your billing address (your address)and shipping address (to whom you want to present a gift i.e friends, relatives ) as a delivery address correctly. You can even convey your birthday wishes through our special note option in a address form.Simply type your message there and we will type your message in a card and send it along with your order. Even we don’t send invoice what you paid for the order (just like a gift receipt). You order summary will be mailed to your email address.

Complaints

1. My items haven't arrived yet. What can I do?

Please don’t worry. We always send tracking ID and link to your email after your order has been shipped. You may check your order status through visiting courier partner site and enter the tracking code that we have sent to you by mail, or you may click on the link in the email and check for your order. 2. What if the products that I received are damaged/ broken?

We take extra care while delivering your products in excellent condition possible. however, if any products get damaged please contact us right away at care@walraft.com. You may be asked to send pictures of damaged or broken items to our customer service team.

Please keep the original packaging if in case the goods need to be shipped back. However,for further details, you can read our Return policies.
