Print size and image file requirement

You can upload a JPG, PNG file formats and we’ll print and frame it for you. To ensure the highest-quality printing, our website won’t recommend any print size which is smaller than 92 dpi (dots per inch). If you need help with your file, [reach us at sales@walraft.com]

Website will recommended set of print sizes for your photo based upon the resolution and the aspect ratio of the file you upload. To ensure the highest quality printing, we validate the resolution of your file and only show you print sizes that we know will look great. For this reason, our site won’t allow an image smaller than 92 dpi (dots per inch). Want a bigger print? We recommend trying a higher resolution version of your photo, or reaching out to us for assistance.

Note: in case if you are looking for particular print size however do no longer see it within the list of options, simply contact us through chat or email us to sales@walraft.com We will suggest you few custom size for you, provided the resolution in the picture is excessive sufficient for it to print well.

In order to print and frame the picture we need Images to have a resolution of at least 92DPI (Dots per inch) for printing. Of course, the higher the resolution of the image the better the print results. If your image file is too small you will receive the following error message: “Uploaded image is very small! please try with different image”

That is because you will be shown the formats and sizes that can be produced in high quality, based on the resolution of the uploaded image file.

If a size is too large for your image file, it will not be offered. Our system decides the maximum print size on the base of which you can get range of print sizes. There are also some occasions where print size is given more importance than the quality, in such case please contact us.

Once your photo has been uploaded, we'll automatically detect the aspect ratio and file resolution to provide a range of print sizes. If you haven’t recommended the large size or none of the size is recommended to your picture then it may be because your picture might be smaller than the 92 dpi or It is not under our listed aspect ratio’s.
If you’re having such issues with an uploaded image, we can convert your image file to those settings if you email us. Then it will be easier for you to move forward with order process.

We print on glossy photo paper using archival pigment inks, and We have a dedicated Printing team who regularly adjust and finetune our printers and monitors to ensure that the colours and tones in your image files match the results on paper. We require a minimum image resolution of 92 DPI at printing size to ensure the highest-quality finished print.
If you’re having trouble with an image, we can convert a file to those settings if you email us. One final note: We have several quality control steps built into our printing process. However, because we are dealing with fine art materials, they may infrequently contain very small flaws such as a tiny white dot on the image, or tiny mark that may have been embedded in the paper prior to printing.
If your photo arrives with a major issue or defect, please contact us immediately.
For minor flaws such as the ones described above that are inherent to the creation of handmade, and ones that are only visible upon very close inspection or with a magnifying glass, we cannot offer reprints at our expense. To keep our printing prices reasonable, can't justify the environmental cost of throwing away good prints with the smallest of imperfections.
