DAMAGES, RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
Damage:
We stands behind the products we create. If you are not happy with the quality
of your order or believe your product has a manufacturing defect or damage –
please contact us via email to sales@walraft.com so we can make things right.
Contact us within 48 Hours from time of delivery.
Cancellation Policy
As all our Goods are made to order and personal to you, The production process
starts as soon as you place the order. We are unable to cancel your order after
the payment is made and you receive the confirmation.
Return, Refund or Replacement
In an unlikely event of damages during delivery, product having quality issue or
wrong product delivered to you, it is eligible for free replacement or refund.
Customer shall inform walraft about the damaged product, quality issue or
wrong product within 48 hours of delivery along the photos of product showing
the issue as a proof.
walraft shall not be liable to replace the product or refund the money if walraft
is informed after completion of 48 hours from time of delivery.
Dependent upon the defective issue we ask that you provide a photo of the
production error or shipping damage so that we may submit the issue to our
concerned team.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same
condition that you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
To be eligible for refund, the returned product, walraft receives should
be in new condition, exactly as it was delivered to you.
Upon receipt of the returned walraft will ascertain the condition of the product
prior to issuing refund/replacement.
Also, Due to the custom nature of these products, we are unable to refund your
order for customer created errors, including but not limited to:
Typos and misspellings
Poor image quality or low resolution of original file
duplicate images or quantity error.
Product selection mistakes (i.e. Print size, Frame selection, Padding etc)
Color differences between your home computer and our printing systems.
Walraft cannot provide refunds or replace due to damages caused by customer
handling, storage, treatment, delivery delay or for any of the above errors. To

with your order number and photo of defect or shipping damage. Please allow
1-2 business days for our team to be in touch with you.
