DELIVERY SCHEDULE
Our working week is Monday to Saturday, we start processing the order on same day. The schedules exclude Sunday and some Public holidays If you require an order for a critical date such as an exhibition or gift it is essential to email us once you place an order to ensure the lead can be met. In such case we will keep that order on priority and will dispatch it soon.
MANUFACTURING TIME
We usually take 1-2 days for production and then will dispatch it. Once the order is printed and packed will add it for shipping. Normally it takes 4-8 working days for delivery.
SHIPPING SERVICES/ TRACKING DETAILS
We ship all our products via Ship rocket. We do have a call and massage facility before delivering the product. You will receive an email soon after your order ships that contains your tracking information. THE DAY BEFORE DELIVERY i.e. ONCE THE ORDER IS PICKED BY THE DELIVERY EXECUTIVE
An E-mail containing your invoice and tracking details will be shared to the provided email address and an SMS is sent to the shipping phone number to confirm your order has been collected/picked by the courier with the day and estimated date of the delivery and a Tracking number. ON THE DAY OF DELIVERY An SMS message is sent to you to confirm the delivery with the option to re-schedule or leave with a neighbour. A Second SMS is sent with an approximate 90 minute window of delivery times. Your order will then be delivered and a signature will be required.
HOW DO WE PACK OUR PRODUCT?
Picture frames need extra care when being packed. Here’s how we pack our products while shipping. First we wrap it with bubble wrapper then product is sandwiched between two corrugated sheets and placed in 5ply corrugated box so that to keep the product intact within a box. Thus, we can ensure safety of our products.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Most orders will arrive within 4-8 working days, Please allow 1-2 days for order processing time.
WHAT IF I HAVEN'T GOT MY ORDER YET, BUT IT SHOWS THAT IT HAS BEEN DELIVERED/COMPLETED?
Check the shipping address was correct on your order. Look for a notice of attempted delivery Check with your neighbours. Wait for an hours sometimes packages may show as delivered while still in transit. PLEASE NOTE
If a parcel is returned to us due to a failed delivery [such as wrong Pincode or cutomer not available at the resident or wrong address ] then re-shipping costs may apply. A further e-mail will confirm the intended delivery date. Can I change the address after product has got shipped? No, we cannot be able to make any changes in shipping address once the product is shipped hence we request you to enter correct address.
