Agreement to Terms  

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“User”, “Customer”, "You"), and Walraft.com ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our"), concerning your access to and use of the Walraft.com website, including any services, products, or applications provided by the Company (collectively referred to as the “Site”).

By accessing the Site, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and the terms set forth in this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and must discontinue use immediately.

We provide custom photo printing and framing services, including but not limited to:

  • Photo Frames: A variety of synthetic and custom-made photo frames available in different sizes, colors, and styles.
  • Acrylic Photo Prints: High-quality, durable acrylic prints designed to enhance the vibrancy and depth of your photographs.
  • Canvas Frames: Premium canvas prints framed using synthetic materials

User Obligations  

  • Users are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information for any orders placed through the Site.
  • You agree not to upload, post, or submit any content that violates intellectual property rights, is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise illegal.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Ordering and Payment Terms 

Pricing and Availability

  • All prices for products and services are listed in Indian Rupee [INR] and are subject to change without notice. Walraft.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed at an incorrect price due to typographical errors or pricing inaccuracies.

Payment

  • Payments are due at the time of order placement. We accept various payment methods, including major credit cards, debit cards, and other online payment gateways as specified during checkout.
  • The User agrees to provide accurate payment information and authorizes us to charge the payment method provided for the full amount of the order.

Order Cancellations and Modifications

  • Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled unless explicitly authorized by Walraft.com. In the event of an error in your order, contact us immediately for resolution.

Shipping and Delivery

 Shipping Methods and Charges

  • Walraft.com provides free shipping for all products to all locations, unless specified otherwise. There are no additional shipping fees for standard delivery.
  • We use reputable third-party shipping providers; however, the estimated delivery date is subject to change due to factors beyond our control.

 

Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

 Defective Products

  • If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To qualify for a refund or replacement, you must provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect.

 Return Eligibility

  • Custom-made products such as personalized prints and frames are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective or incorrect.
  • Items returned must be in their original condition and packaging.

 Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed once the return is approved and received. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment and may take up to 10 business days to appear on your account.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content available on Walraft.com, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Walraft.com or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

By uploading any images for printing, you confirm that you own the rights to the images or have obtained the appropriate licenses or permissions to use them. You grant Walraft.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your images for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Walraft.com, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption arising from the use or inability to use the Site or our services.

Walraft.com’s total liability for any claims relating to our products or services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the order in question.

 

Governing Law

This Agreement and any disputes arising out of or related to it shall be governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal actions related to this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Udupi.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Walraft.com, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from or related to your violation of these terms, use of the Site, or infringement of any intellectual property rights.

Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining provisions and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

  • Walraft.com reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.

CANCELLATION POLICY

As all our Goods are made to order and personal to you, The production process starts as soon as you place the order. We are unable to cancel your order after the payment is made and you receive the confirmation.

RETURN, REFUND OR REPLACEMENT :

In an unlikely event of damages during delivery, product having quality issue or wrong product delivered to you, it is eligible for free replacement or refund. Customer shall inform walraft about the damaged product, quality issue or wrong product within 48 hours of delivery along the photos of product showing the issue as a proof. walraft shall not be liable to replace the product or refund the money if walraft is informed after completion of 48 hours from time of delivery. Dependent upon the defective issue we ask that you provide a photo of the production error or shipping damage so that we may submit the issue to our concerned team. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging. To be eligible for refund, the returned product, walraft receives should be in new condition, exactly as it was delivered to you. Upon receipt of the returned walraft will ascertain the condition of the product prior to issuing refund/replacement. Also, Due to the custom nature of these products, we are unable to refund your order for customer created errors, including but not limited to:
  • Typos and misspellings
  • Poor image quality or low resolution of original file
  • Duplicate images or quantity error.
  • Product selection mistakes (i.e. Print size, Frame selection, Padding etc)
  • Color differences between your home computer and our printing systems. Walraft cannot provide refunds or replace due to damages caused by
